RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange for store credit within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. We believe one week from delivery is enough time to try on an item and decide if it will work for you or not. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

ALL ITEMS MARKED 'FINAL SALE' ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.

ALL ITEMS SOLD 25% OFF OR MORE ARE FINAL SALE.

  • Any merchandise marked 'final sale' cannot be returned.
  • Pre-Orders are final sale.
  • Body Suits are final sale.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

  • Please send us an email with a photo of the damaged or defective item.

  • $9 Flat-rate US Shipping or FREE on orders over $75
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-5 business days
  • LOLA is not responsible for USPS shipping delays or stolen/lost packages.
